高级前端工程师（Senior Front-End Engineer）

Job Description:
+ Participate in software architecture definition of the web-based application.
+ Responsible for requirement analysis, software design, implementation, unit test and integration test, with large-scale distributed application, cloud computing and Web application technologies.
+ Work with UI designers, other software development engineers, and test engineers to deliver software releases on time with good quality and user experience.
+ Design front-end architecture and make UI standard.
+ Work closely with the project teammates (especially graphic designer) and other departments to fulfill the user requirement and ensure the smooth integration between front-end code and back-end application.
+ Tune Cross-Browser compatibility.

工作职责：
+ 参与软件产品的整体设计及架构。
+ 负责根据公司软件产品的整体架构要求进行分析、设计、实施、单元测试。
+ 协同设计及其他工程师，确保确保产品具有优质品质及良好的用户体验。
+ 负责WEB前端架构设计，前端开发标准规范的制定。
+ 与其他开发工程师一道进行前后端代码的整合及优化。
+ 页面兼容性问题的调试。
+ 研究最新的前端技术并应用到产品中。

Required Qualifications:
+ Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
+ 3+ years of hands on experience in UI development and design
+ Strong skills and proven industry experience and ability on Web Service development
+ DHTML, XML, JavaScript (prototype.js, jquery), and CSS, or Flash
+ Ability to work with software engineers to de-bug HTLM/CSS code
+ Knowledge in web based application products
+ Demonstrated knowledge in software development methodologies
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills while working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Science, Graphics Design, User Interface, and related fields
+ Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
+ UI design working experience in famous web-oriented company is plus
+ Maven is preferred.

+ 全球化的视野、富有责任心、使命感、并且愿意深耕于某一特定的领域；
+ 热爱软件事业、有较强的沟通和组织协调能力及团队合作精神；
+ 优秀的GUI、UI界面及交互设计能力，对以人为本的设计理念有深入的理解。 有丰富的成熟网站开发及优化经验。
+ 了解.NET、C#、ASP.NET、WCF、ADO.NET等开发技术；对SOA设计模式有一定的理解；
+ 熟悉Css、Javascript, Html等网络技术；
+ 精通JS，熟练运用jQuery等主流JS框架。
+ 对常见的浏览器兼容性问题有清晰的理解，并有可靠的解决方案。
+ 3年以上大型网站WEB界面相关工作经验，对产品流程、用户交互流程及用户需求有深入理解。
+ 认真细致，善于创新，对视觉设计追求极致化，敏锐色彩感觉，及出色的观察与产品界面分析能力。
+ 有欧美外资公司工作经验优先；
+ 英文良好优先，有留学背景的优先。
+ 深圳户口优先。
