Key Responsible:
Develop a competency about engineering polymer processing (high performance polymers);
Develop an understanding of customer demands and needs in this area;
Provide technical service to customers on existing and developmental products, in the general area of engineering polymer processing. This involves direct support in customer’s facilities;
Through technical contacts at customers, identify new opportunities for ARKEMA’s polymers;
Propose new R&D projects, and manage actual projects to completion;
Conduct all work in alignment with corporate safety policies;
Collaborate closely with regional and global, R&D and Business Development personnel;
Support the plant for potential claims analysis and problem solving

Requirements:
Excellent Master degree in polymer science/engineering or material science/engineering
2-5 years industrial experience in polymer processing, if possible extrusion, is mandatory
Extensive knowledge of high performance polymers is a plus
Fluent in Chinese and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
Capacity to innovate and to “think out of the box”.
Ability to work both in a team environment and as an independent, pro-active researcher
International work or study experience is a plus.
