Safety 安全
? 在生产主管的领导下，负责督促班组严格执行各项规章制度，确保操作工保持安全、整洁的操作环境，持续提高班组的安全意识Under lead by production supervisor, responsible for supervision of shift team to implement all procedures and regulations strictly and ensure the operators maintain a safe, clean operating environment. Continue to improve the safety consciousness of shift team.；
? 督促班组严格执行ISO9000, ISO14000等质量环境体系Supervise shift team to implement the quality systems such as ISO9000, ISO14000 etc. strictly.
? 督促班组严格执行交接班制度和现场定期巡回检查制度Responsible for supervision of shift team to implement shift handover and site tour strictly.
? 负责倒班期间处理应急反应和HSE问题，在CMC启动之前，作为现场最高的事故处理指挥官；Handle shift Emergency Response issues and shift HSE issues, serves as the highest-level site commander during the shift time in case of emergency before CMC launch.
? 作为一线管理者，根据年度计划执行部门的相关ISRS、安全标准化等程序：Follow the annual planning to implement the ISRS and Safety Standardizations etc. as a first-line manager.
? 负责执行PGI检查并 完成检查清单Responsible for PGI check and completing of the checklist.
? 负责定期组织班组安全会，沟通基地的相关HSEQ、操作等方面的问题； Responsible for shift safety meetings to communicate all HSEQ and operation issues of site with team.
? 负责完成安全演习，培训应急小组Responsible for implementing of safety drill and training the emergency response team.
? 参与事故事件调查并跟踪改进措施的完成情况。鼓励班组成员报告安全隐患。Participate the investigation of accident/incident and follow the C/P actions. Facilitate team to report NC/NMs.
? 对当班期间所有工作的安全负责（例如：工作单、工作许可单的危险分析与签发，维修准备等）Accountable for the safety of all work performed during the shift (for example, accountable for signature of work order & work permitting etc.)
? 有新活动时主持更新JHA并每年回顾一次 lead the updating JHA when new action arise, review all JHAs yearly
? 停电时如果紧急发电机没有启动，负责在现场启动发电机Respond to start gen-set when power shutdown and gen-set doesn’t start automatically
Production 生产
? 监督当班员工严格按照SOP以及管理层的指导操作，确保操作安全平稳，产品质量合格。Supervise and check shift team operation under the requirements of SOP and engineers’ instructions.
? 确保所有班组成员都知道管理层下达的所有指令/变更；Ensure all instructions/changes set by management have told to all team members.
? 带领团队作好维修准备工作，并执行LOTO；Lead his team to prepare all the maintenance job and implement LOTO.
Mangement 管理
? 负责班组的管理，利用“笑脸/哭脸”系统评价班组成员的表现Responsible for management of shift teams. Evaluate team members’ performances by the “smile face/cry face” system.
? 指导/培训下属提高自身能力以满足工作的要求和完成他们的目标Direct subordinates to achieve their goals and job requirements.
? 对班组成员每半年进行一次PMS的面谈；PMS interview with subordinates half-yearly.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? 化工工艺/化学工程专业大专或相当 College degree or equivalent in chemical processesBasic computer skill.
? 至少5年相关连续生产装置经验，而且至少2年成功的在一条生产线管理或相关领导经验 Minimum of five years' operating experience in the continuous production plant with at least 2 year of successful supervisory or relevant leadership experience in one production line.
? 能较好的发现并解决生产问题 Be able to monitor and troubleshoot production.
? 较好的安全意识和团队合作精神Good safety consciousness and team work..
? 能轮班 Willingness to work on shift. etc.
