Job responsibilities: including but not limited to职责（包括但不限于） :

？ 负责制作，维护工艺文件PFMEA, CP, 产能分析，工时测评
Process control management : PFEMA/CP/Capability Studies/Cycle time study
？ 负责新项目在工厂投产及后续工作。
Responsible for the new product launching.
？ 根据项目 / 客户技术要求转化为过程操作指南
？ Translates program/customer technical requirements into detailed instruction
？ 改进生产工艺，优化生产工序，提高生产效率。
Continuously improve the manufacturing process for best optimization.
？ 工艺能力的日常监控以持续保持高水平的生产
Process capability monitoring to continuously keep production performance at high level
？ 负责产品特殊工装及治夹具的设计，制造及维护
Fixture/gage design, making and maintenance
？ 生产工艺的日常故障诊断及并制定纠正措施及时有效地解决问题
Process troubleshooting and corrective action development to fix problem effectively and timely
？ 跟踪生产状况，分析不良原因，提出改善对策以及实施效果确认。
Analyze root causes and come up with countermeasures for quality nonconformity.
？ 负责部门生产布局，改善生产流程，协助推行精益生产和持续改善。
Responsible for Layout improvement，assist and strive for CIP and lean implementation
？ 跨部门合作以解决工作中出现的问题，从而保证工作目标的如期完成
Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflicts that from barriers to the attainment of operations related goals
？ 具有前瞻性，用最少的管理达成工作目标，理解工作之轻重缓急
Proactive with minimum supervision and understanding the impact of the work may cause delays in program/project schedules

Progressively participate in teamwork as required.


Job requirements（职位要求）:
？ 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械 ），或工程专业同等学历
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical, or equivalent engineering degree
？ 五年以上工程类工作经验。
Up to 5 years of experience in an engineering classification
？ 三年制造工程领域的经验 (熟悉电磁线圈制造者优先考虑)。
3 years Manufacturing Engineering Industry (Experiences with coils/solenoid manufacturing preferred)
？ 至少3年汽车行业相关经验
At least 3 years working experiences related in automotive industry
？ 必须掌握机械绘图及AUTOCAD技能
Mechanical drawing and AUTOCAD skill is the must
？ 能使用英语阅读、编写技术文件，并能沟通交流
Capable of reading and writing technical documentation in English, the same requirement for communication.
