职位描述
1 搜集整理各部门岗位信息,更新、完善各岗位的岗位说明书,协助经理做好人力资源规划Communicate with hiring manager and Partner to make specific job analysis on each new position so that to get a clear job profile, and source, interview and evaluated the candidates based on the profile
2 完善招聘流程,进行招聘各项工作的安排,遇到自身解决不了的问题,及时向经理/总监反馈
Screen out the CVs and provide up-to-date improvement during the process of recruitment
3 整理各部门提交的《招聘申请单》,分析招聘需求,根据需求,向合适的渠道发出招聘信息
Follow up the hiring process from getting the requisition form to employee on-board by providing the non-stop service with the cooperation of HK HR and partner for the Offer Letter so that to fill in the vacancies in time as required by the hiring department
4 刷新每日招聘信息、聘前测试盒简历甄别,招聘的具体实施,信息发布,考试安排等。
Update pre-day recruitment information on line, screen the fitting CV and arrange interview meeting.
5 对复试合格的面试者进行背景调查、安排体检和入职手续的办理Provide company image to candidates and “sell” candidates on the value proposition appropriately
6 与相关高校、人才市场保持联系,维持、拓展招聘渠道
Do recruitment report or summary timely based on requiring
7 保持与猎头公司,人才市场,职介机构的联络
Keep and headhunting company, talent market, office uprights institutions contact
员工关系Employee Relationship Management
8 续签评估,准备续签合同。试用期评估,转正系统登记。
Make contract evaluation ahead of one month, prepare contract; make probation evaluation ahead of one month, register on the system.
9 劳动合同的发放、回收、公正和保管事宜办理。

10 月末制作人员流动情况报表,离职人员清单并将离职人员档案归档。
Make staff movement report and turnover rate report at the end of month, place on file of the leaving person’s list and archive.
