职位描述
岗位职责
1、通过沟通了解客户需求, 寻求销售机会并完成销售业绩；
2、开发新客户，拓展与老客户的业务，建立和维护客户档案；
3、协调公司内部资源，提高客户满意度；
4、收集和分析市场数据，并定期反馈最新信息。
5、愿意主动挖掘市场，开发潜在目标客户和维护客户，完成销售目标，推动团队业绩增长。
任职资格
1.中专以上学历；
2.有至少一年以上销售经验；
3.有实体产品销售经验；
4.沟通能力强，普通话标准，有亲和力，工作积极主动，乐观开朗；
5.敏锐的洞察力，较强的抗压能力和抗挫能力，勇于接受压力和挑战；
6.做事认真踏实，为人正直诚恳，高度的工作意识，具有良好的团队精神；
7.热爱销售工作；

收入丰厚：底薪＋补贴+全勤奖+高提成＋五险一金+早9晚6+双休+年假
