1.接听日常客户订单来电，进行订单审核，处理；
2.数据资料的电脑录入；
3.客户电话咨询的相关介绍以及投诉建议、要求的归纳汇总及反馈；
4.安排允许货物配送；
岗位要求:
1）一年以上工作经验，熟练运用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件；
2）性格文静，做事认真、仔细，能稳定、长期地从事此工作；
3）积极主动，具有高度责任感及团队合作精神；
4）普通话清楚、标准；
5）对鲜花比较有兴趣者优先。
