岗位职责：
1、理赔收发，审核，登记；
2、协助客服进行理赔件的扫描、复印及分类工作；
3、理赔档案管理；
4、审查保费支付情况；
5、记录理赔赔付通知；
6、对第三方提供的外部数据进行整合；
7、根据要求完成相关客服工作；
8、主管交代的相关事宜。

岗位要求：
1、葡萄牙语专业优先、大专及以上学历；
2、英语听说读写流利；
3、熟悉办公软件操作；
4、为人热情、主动、有爱心；
5、富有团队合作精神、善于与人沟通。
