任职资格
1、本科以上学历，人力资源专业优先考虑；
2、良好的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；
3、有人力资源相关实习经验者优先；
3、熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
4、暑期一周实习时间不少于4天，开学后每周不少于3天。

时间要求：
实习时间 6个月以上 , 每周工作4天者优先。
