职位描述
要求：
1. 行政管理、秘书、英文或商贸等专业大专毕业，具有相关工作经验者尤佳；
2. 具有较好的英语听、说、写能力，大学英语六级以上；
3. 熟练使用Office 办公软件，打字速度快，有较强的文字组织能力；
4. 工作积极主动，细心耐心，积极圆融；性格开朗，反应敏捷，善于与人沟通；有较强的工作责任感，服从公司安排，一切以公司利益为重。
职位描述：
1. 负责协助主管处理公司日常事务，协助对外联络和接待等工作；
2. 负责起草公司行政公文、通知，上传下达，以确保各部门之间及时、有效地沟通与协调；
3. 起草、修订各类行政规章、制度及企业对外宣传资料，更新员工手册，并监督执行，建立健全公司的人事行政制度，促进企业的制度化建设；
4. 负责公司各类重要文件、材料及档案的整理、分类、归档与保管工作；
5. 根据需要拟订和审核各类业务合同；
6. 负责联系、刊登发布公司的员工招聘信息，分类统计应聘简历，安排通知面试事宜等；
7. 办理员工录用、退工以及社会保险、综合保险、公积金缴纳等事务.
