3．检查区域各店内核销单，服务及买单情况；
4．协调各班组之间的关系，对各店的突发事件进行应变处理；
5．检查各店服务，了解员工思想状况、工作表现、业务水平，激发他们的工作积极性；
6．检查各餐台之卫生及菜品的传送是否快捷；
7．与客人互动，随时了解客人用餐情况；
8．协助区域营运经理积极完成集团提出的各项经济指标及任务。

◆市场营销，行政管理等相关专业。
◆接受过酒店服务礼仪专业培训。
◆3上酒店服务管理经验
◆熟悉酒店业务和流程，在团队管理方面有极强的领导技巧和才能；
◆熟悉酒店全面运作，具有先进的管理理念以及很强的战略制定与实施能力，有广泛的客户资源和社会资源；
◆良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力；
◆熟练使用办公软件。
