Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1) Track and update promotional information and follow up major customers' industry news.

2) Keep monitoring key competitors' product, movement and strategy.

3) Provide the filtered promotional and industry information to management and sales team on daily basis.

4) Prepare the collected news and information in requested file format for sales team and management on weekly basis.

5) Update products, industry news on all company related websites

6) Manage the data base of all collected information on intranet.

7) Support new product launch online or catalogue print out.



Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree required, medical or commercial education background is preferred.

2) Outgoing personality with good communication skills.

3) Good inter-personality and strong team work spirit.

4) Ability to excel in planning and execution, working with a team

5) Gracefully handles pressure in a challenging work environment.

6) Good knowledge of using Micro Soft Office (Word, PPT, Excel..), familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

7) Demonstrated ability in information collection and basic data analysis

8) Good presentation skills in Chinese and English orally and written



POSITION SUMMARY:

The key mission of the Marketing Analyst is provide market, industry, competition and business intelligence supporting to management, sales team and graphic team. The valuable analysis and data provided ensure effective planning and execution expediting the achievement of business goals. This person will also manage company website and e-commerce product and information update, to improve sales efficiency and to develop new markets and business strategy in Greater China.
