Operation Support

Design WH route & process

Define & validate WH SOP & WI (ISO)

WH flow design & optimization to improve quality/efficiency

WMS implementation & routine support

WH key users training on critical position

Evaluate WH capacity & workload

Process improvement

-SPS DC deployment: expert owner for each item.

To work out the to-be scenario and train operation team.

Validate the operation’s action & progress

Cross work with SCAP/GSC SPS team to learn or share best practice and knowledge transfer to operation

Lean warehouse implementation

Project

Work on different projects:

-Lead internal DC projects, like DC relocation, Barcode project and Kaizen events

-Lead cross functional projects, like OTM, VSM and EVSM

-Support other projects, like Tailored supply chain

REQUIREMENTS

Education:	Bachelor or above (major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics etc.)
Job Related Experience:	3+ years
Business Understanding:	Middle level understanding of business & supply chain
Others	Fluent English communication, Strong knowledge in WSE management, architecture, SAP, CAD, etc.
