Responsibilities:
1. General Office supply management (Purchasing office stationary, equipment and furniture, Office facility maintenance)
2. Arranging demo usage, tracking demo and update demo status weekly
3. Organizing team building activity
4. Customer service ( Pre-sales service, answering basic technical and commercial problems)
5. Sales support (making bidding documents and authorization letters etc., creating vendor code)
6. Order processing (Deal with customer inquiries regarding delivery, pricing, product and inventory)
7. Coordinate with customer and financial on AR collection, credit application, etc.
8. Support marketing promotion program if any.
9. Other job functions that business situation requires.
Requirements:
1. Very self motivated and self efficient, with strong sense of urgency and high ethic in business practice.
2. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, CET-6, MS Office or other skills are plus.
3. Bachelor degree or above - Major in Business Administration, Language or others.
4. Related experience not required.
