工作职责：
1、负责制定和完善公司各类人事管理制度；
2、根据公司的战略目标制定相应的招聘计划，并负责实施；
3、员工档案的管理，做好各类人力资源状况的统计、分析、预测、调整、查询和人才库建立等工作；
4、负责核定公司各部门定岗核编；
5、负责拟订新进员工的培训计划并实施；
6、根据公司的晋升体系完成整年度员工晋升目标。
任职资格：
1、沟通表达能力强，具有亲切力与战略眼光。
2、有一定的管理策划能力。有1年以上的人事管理经验或在校从事学生会干事者优先。
