岗位职责：
1、进行日常行政工作的组织与管理；
2、协助审核、修订公司各项管理规章制度并监督与执行；
3、档案管理、文书起草、公文制定、文件收发等工作；
4、合同管理和文件管理；
5、参与公司绩效管理、考勤等工作；
6、负责销售的支持工作，负责销售订单的处理、产品出入库等；


任职资格
1、大专以上学历，行政或相关专业；
2、有良好的服务意识，熟练使用各种办公设备及OFFICE办公软件。
3、熟悉OFFICE办公软件操作，如Excel、Word、Access、Powerpoint；
4、良好的沟通协调能力及合作精神，能合理安排各项工作任务；
