职位描述：
1、接待到访客人，考勤记录与统计，快递收发；
2、办公用品与日常用品的购买、保管、维修保养和领用管理；
3、有效规避，并能及时处理公司各类突发事件，组织危机管理工作及外部投诉处理；
4、负责公司的企业文化宣传、形象维护、信息交流工作；
5、起草和管理项目合同及公司往来文件等；
6、负责对外的联系工作，与业务公司进行辅助的项目方面的沟通工作等；


任职资格：
1、大学专科学历，
2、行政工作经验要求至少2年以上，
3、熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等相关OFFICE软件；
