-零售店销售工作
-电子邮件、电话联系顾客
-与销售相关的日常工作，如送货安排，整理文件、报告，打印发票/收据，记录、追踪收付款
-保持店内整洁有序，保证店内货品充足
-完成店内盘货
应聘要求：
-至少一年销售或客户服务工作经验
-大专学历
-英语和普通话流利，同时有其他语言能力者优先
-优秀的办公室软件技能，必须熟练运用Excel, Word, PPT，了解ERP系统者优先
-具有家具行业经验者优先
-性格外向，坦率，友善，具有职业素养
-客户服务导向，能承受压力，并提供帮助，礼貌，耐心

Responsibilities:
- Handling sales in our retail store
- Customer contact, email as well as phone calls
- Administrative issues such as delivery schedules, files, reports, making invoices, keeping track of payments incoming and outgoing.
- Keeping the shop in order and presentable, make sure there is enough supply for everything
- Do inventory checks.
Requirements:
- minimum 1 year working experience in sales or customers service
- college degree
- fluent in English and Mandarin both oral and written, any other language is well appreciated
- excellent computer skills: must be well skilled in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and ERP system knowledge is helpful
- Experience in furniture industry very well appreciated
- open minded and professionally social, friendly and outgoing
- customer service orientation – stress tolerant, helpful, polite and patient
- self-motivated and honest
- good communications and listening skills
- persuasive skills
- able to work in a team and with a positive attitude
- willing to learn, innovate and adapt
Overall skills：excellent in both English and Chinese language, good appearance, punctual, very organized and enthusiastic
