1. 需熟练操作3DMAX设计软件,以及CAD,Photoshop,AI等基本设计软件,对展台特装,道具,舞台设计有较深的了解；
2. 具有艺术素养及创意水平，具备独特的设计理念和创新能力，能独立完成各种设计方案（效果图、平面图，施工图)等图纸的制作；
3. 沟通能力强，能快速准确领会方案的设计主题并恰当表现；
4. 具较强的团队协作精神，责任心强、能适应弹性工作节奏；
5. 为人需诚实，敬业。

1. To be familiar with production softwares 3 dmax design software, as well as CAD, Photoshop, AI the basic design software, such as for raw booth,, showcase design have a deeper understanding;
2. With artistic and creative level, the unique design concept and innovation ability, can independently accomplish a variety of design scheme (such as rendering, layout, construction drawing) drawings of production;
3. Good communication skills, can quickly accurately grasp the design theme of solution and appropriate performance;
4. Has strong team cooperation spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, can adapt to flexible working rhythm;
5. Need to be honest, professional dedication.
