4、准确理解客户服务需求，带领团队完成所负责的活动项目；

Accurate understanding of customer service needs, lead the team responsible for the completion of the project activities；
5、总结和归纳服务项目的各类信息，按照工作流程进行内部分享及反馈；

Review and summarize the types of information services, in accordance with the work processes and sharing feedback ；
6. 协助领导完成公司外部公共关系维护与开发。

Helped lead to complete maintenance and development of the external public relations。
任职资格
1.要求形象气质佳，亲和力强，有一定的人脉关系；市场营销、公共关系、新闻等相关专科以上学历。

Requires good image quality, strong affinity, have some personal connections; marketing, public relations, journalism and other related college degree or above.
2.5年以上公关、媒介、房地产、设计院行业相关工作经验；

5 years of public relations, media, real estate, institute industry-related work experience;

3. 丰富的大型活动策划及执行经验，有服务过地产类、设计院行业者优先；

planning and execution experience, served real estate class, institute industry is preferred;
4. 个性开朗，勤学善思，执行力强，善于交际；
