Minimum qualifications
1) Work experience of at least 2 year in database administration or development
2) Good English verbal and written communication skills
3) Broad IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft platform and technology
4) Knowledge and hands-on experiences in MS SQL Server
5) Self-motivated, team player and fast learner

Education/Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, major in Computer Science or related fields

Additional position details
1) Design and develop/bugfix database products according to architecture and business logics
2) Participate in database administration and performance tuning
3) Database server troubleshooting
4) Communicate with US headquarters for smooth cooperation on both sides

Preferred skills/qualifications
1) Knowledge and hands-on experiences in MySQL/Linux
2) MCDBA preferred
