任职资格：Qualifications:

1、 五年以上相关工作经验，其中3年销售经理经验，市场营销/规划、景观、建筑设计相关专业；

Five years or above related working experience, including 3 years experience in sales manager, market marketing/planning, landscape, building design related;

2、 相貌端正，能够应付出差任务，良好的沟通能力和敬业精神，自我管理和约束能力；

Able to cope with the task on business, good communication ability and professional spirit, self management constraints ability;

3、熟悉勘察设计行业和项目设计过程及节点要求，能够独立进行市场开发工作；具备较强的组织、计划、控制、协调、应变及逻辑思维能力；对于建筑、规划、景观项目的规模及运作流程比较熟悉；

Familiar with design industry, project design process , node requirement, independently market development；the strong organization, planning, control, coordination, strain and logical thinking ability; For the construction, planning, landscape project be familiar operation process;
4、具备丰富的市场开拓，客户接洽和项目谈判经验；

Abundant market development, client interface and projects negotiation experience;
5、有客户维护和再开发，新客户开展联络方面具备专业精神和经验；
Maintaining customers to develop, new customers with professional spirit in contact and experience

6、擅长项目团队的组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目及业务需求；

Be good at the project team organization management, accurate understanding and grasping project and the needs of the business;
7、具有良好的团队合作净胜和分析问题、解决问题的能力，亲和力较好。

Have a good team cooperation side and the ability to analyze and solve problems、affinity.
