职位描述: Job Description:
1、 根据公司/部门/项目的不同需要，制定招聘计划、策略，职位设计、优化并实施；

2、 负责各种渠道的简历筛选及分类整理，初试及面试过程的安排、协调；

3、 能够独立面试并判断应聘人员与需求岗位的匹配程度，短时间内招聘到符合公司/部门需要的稳定人才，并负责录用管理；
