Job Responsibility:

1.Be responsible for related purchasing group KPI. Lead the related buyers and expert to reach the department’s annual target. Deploy the department KPI into each group’s KPI. Support the buyers to achieve its personal goal.

2. Act as team leader to lead cross functional team to accomplish department goal.

3. Attend the department core team meeting and join the department procedure/ management improvement

4. Lead new supplier identification / assessment / approval process and generate supplier selection / reduction / reserve and strategic sourcing development to benchmark and optimize supply base.

5. Support company to reach annual Purchasing budget and improve company total cost ownership to achieve company Target.

6. Improve purchasing strategy and activities in terms of lead time, payment terms, purchasing modes and other commercial conditions.

7.Negotiate with vender to achieve competitive terms and conditions.

8.Define annual performance target with key venders and lead the x-function team to evaluate vender performance regularly and drive vender’s performance continuous improvement.

9. Enhance vender management and development key venders’ relationship in line with company blue print.

10.Conduct market research and development competitive venders to support company business development.

11.Support other department to continuous improve vender performance.

12.Evaluate/reduce risk with related department to improve customer satisfaction.

13.Attend Global negotiation team and reach the best term to ASMC.

14.Be quick response to handle urgent case.

Basic Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree/MBA desirable, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or manufacturing background.

2.2 years experience as purchasing supervisor and 5 years supply management and global sourcing hands on experience in multinational manufacturing organizations.

3. Passion, Self-Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency.

4.Strong leadership, Negotiation skills, project management skills and time management skills are required.

5.Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people in a team environment,

6.Good PC skills
