工作职责：
1、全面负责淘宝、京东等平台网店的风格装修和页面创意设计，定期美化修改产品页面，定期更新店铺主页，不断优化，提升店铺展示效果；
2、对产品图片进行设计、处理与修饰，结合商品的特性制作成图文并茂、有美感、有吸引购买力的产品页描述模板；

3、负责根据运营人员的创意思想设计出可行的方案，并指导实施；
4、参与店铺产品在线推广活动的策划与设计执行工作。


任职要求：
1、美术、视觉传达、广告设计相关专业毕业，有2年以上互联网或淘宝创意设计工作经验；
2、了解天猫等平台等专业网店装修设计，对于淘宝网站的美工开发及色彩的搭配有着独到的见解和体会，有较强视觉效果表现能力；
3、较强的设计能力和沟通能力，熟练掌握平面设计、网页设计的各种技能，对设计有一定的创意及深度的理解；
4、对文案及策划有较强理解力，作品富有创意，色彩把握及整体构成有良好运用能力；
5、根据所经营网店商品的特点，懂得商品的卖点呈现和消费者的兴趣，相应的装修陈列方法和营销手段；
6、熟练photoshop、illustrator、dreamweaver。
