岗位职责
1、普通工作人员职位，协助上级执行一般的不需较多工作经验的任务；
2、了解各部门的用人需求；
3、负责联系和接待候选人，协助上级做好面试记录，编制面试报告；
4、通知候选人入职，办理人员录用手续；
5、招聘渠道的日常维护；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、相关专业大专以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、 性格温和、有耐心、积极主动，为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，具有很好的语言文字表达能力；
4、熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。
