职位描述

岗位职责:
1. 制定部门业务发展规划,编制销售发展策略和阶段策略,带领团队完成销售任务;
2. 制定和实施销售推广计划;
3. 组织市场开拓、客户开发工作;
4. 带领业务团队拓展业务,完成承担的销售任务,达成业务目标;
5. 组织或参与商务会谈,与客户谈判并制定、修订合同;
6. 协助项目管理,督促回款;
7. 销售渠道的维护及相关市场、商务活动的策划与实施;
8. 提升公司品牌,挖掘潜在客户、维护客户合作关系;
9. 制定销售相关政策、激励机制、考核制度;组织落实并监督执行;制定和完善内部销售管理体系。

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,医学、药学、医学检验学、分子生物学、生物化学等生命科学专业;
2. 从事医疗器械、药品、健康产品等相关市场或销售3年以上,其中2年以上市场或业务经理工作经验;
3. 具有临床研究、国际市场外包服务、市场开发、外资制药企业或其他类型CRO企业两年以上工作经验,熟悉生物医药CRO流程者优先;
4. 有强烈的事业心和责任感、具有良好的品牌制定与规划能力,文字表达能力强;
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力,能与外籍人士流利交流;
6. 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力;出色的执行力和抗压能力;良好的团队协作精神。

? Duty & Responsibilities:
1. Sets Strategic Sales Direction: Develops strategic sales plan. Manages and integrates the deployment of Sales to pursue specific sales opportunities to ensure optimal coverage.
2. Initiates Business Relationships: Leads sales team to establish business relationship with new clients to achieve annual sales goal. Calls on potential clients to explain the capabilities. Develops selling programs and messages that communicate the value of the services the company provides.
3. Understands Client Requirements: Continually monitors trends in the marketplace and clients’ changing needs and adjusts sales approach as appropriate.
4. Leads Sales Team: Provides strong leadership and mentoring including training, coaching, succession planning, feedback and establishing performance metrics and goals. Ensures performance reviews, goals, and compensation recommendations are completed on time and within budget. Responsible for determining training needs and providing training opportunities for Sales staff.
6. Measure Results: Takes primary responsibility for setting and monitoring appropriate sales metrics for monitoring sales performance. Sets goals and monitors performance of all Sales staff.
7. Manages Financial Performance: Reviews and responds to monthly financial statements. Participates in establishing the annual budget and periodic forecasts. Assumes primary responsibility for drafting, explaining, and then meeting sales targets. Manages Sales expenses within established budget.
8. Coordinates with Corporate Sales Efforts: Ensures close coordination with sales groups in other units within the company to ensure seamless pursuit of sales opportunities and a full leveraging of tools and training to maximize sales effectiveness.

? Education / Experiences / Qualifications:
1. Holds a BA degree or above in public health management, clinical science, health services research, health economics, or other relevant disciplines from an outstanding program at a distinguished university.
2. Over 3 years experience in the selling of professional services to bio-pharmaceutical marketers, and at least 2 years experience as the Sales Manager in a similar environment is quite necessary.
3. Candidates quite familiar with CRO market is preferable.
3. Proven ability to negotiate with clients in a professional manner.
4. Strong leadership, communication (oral, written, and presentation both in Chinese and English), organization, analytical, and business skills.
