1、接听客户服务电话；提供各类相关工作咨询，接受投诉。
2、对公司客户服务的监督、回访、跟踪、汇报等。
3、公司客户资料的建立、维护、更新。
4、配合公司发展，筹划各类相关客户维护活动。
5、有义务向公司提交客户反馈的信息，更新服务内容的信息。
6、反应灵敏、有良好的服务意识与吃苦耐劳的精神。
7、懂客户心理，具有较强的沟通能力，能够和客户进行良好的沟通。
8、对于紧急或特殊事件有着较强的应变能力及处理能力
9、工作耐心细致，团队意识强。
10、有外资物流公司工作背景优先，良好的分析判断能力
岗位要求：
大专及以上学历，在陆运物流领域有上客户服务部工作经验并熟悉国内运输的优先。
对国际运输及仓储业务有一定的了解。
熟练操作办公自动化软件，要有出色的英文书写、阅读及表达能力。
较强的沟通、协调能力，为人诚实可信，细致认真；易相处，有较强的团队合作精神。
