岗位职责：

1、负责公司快递及传真的收发工作；
2、负责来宾接待工作；
3、总机接通和转接工作，对来往电话驳接准确；
4、负责公司其他日常行政工作；
5、协助部门经理对各项行政人事事务的安排和执行。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，容貌端正、举止大方得体、性格开朗、对待工作耐心细致，年龄26周岁以下；
2、有较强的沟通意识和对外沟通能力、良好的语言表达能力、灵活、机智的处事能力；
3、对待工作细致认真，有强烈的责任感和团队合作意识；
4、有前台、行政助理或文员的工作经验者，欢迎应届毕业生应聘。
