RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct preliminary research on legal projects by using various tools and databases

2. Contact government agencies to obtain information

3. Act as a liason between IP group and outside consel

4. Assist attorneys in case management throughout all stages

5. Oversee case rooms, monitor file maintenance

6. Provide basic admin support to other members in the office

7. Perform other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Students/Graduates in the discipline of law from prestigious PRC Universities

2. Good acedemic records

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English

4. Skillful at Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel, Internet and email

5. Excellent research and analytical skills

6. Excellent organizational skills with deadline orientation

7. Passionate, fast learner, team player
