General Mission
Follow ARENA quality procedure regarding products under his responsibility;
Give merchandiser necessary support regarding the qualification of new supplier and new product following relevant internal procedure;
Help merchandiser control that the final products both reach regulation conformity and pre-specified quality target following relevant internal procedure;
Timely management of Ally claims from technical point of view.


Principal Functions
1. Assist the merchandising team regarding supplier qualification
2. Follow ARENA Quality procedure
3. Assist the Ally Quality Engineer / Coordinator to develop the Control Plan and follow it in daily work
4. Work directly with suppliers regarding the qualification of product, modification of sample, and the action plan in case of claim


Know How and Position Performance Criteria
Technical:
- Good knowledge of export industry
- Familiar with European quality requirements of Electrical heating, cooling, fan etc.
- Familiar with the technical feature of the product under management

Relational :
- Teamwork spirits with other members of ARENA Import ;

Others :
- Priority management.
- Stringent.
- Be able to travel often


Required Knowledge
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Technical ability, ability to use DIY products.
Quality control expertise
Multicultural knowledge.
Read, write and speak English
Computer skills

Education & Professional Experience
University studies in Mechanical or Technology.
Significant experience in an international non-food Quality context. Factory, laboratory or mass merchandising.
