职位要求：

1. 负责IT项目整体管理， 计划及协调项目的每个阶段；
2. 负责软件开发管理，根据管理团队的规则程序进行包括项目管理、设计、编程、测试以及编写文档的工作；
3. 与软件开发团队及业务团队密切合作，以确保项目更好的实施，为项目进展提供支持及培训；
4. 根据公司实际的需求给予相应的IT技术支持；
5. 向公司CTO直接汇报项目进程及质量水平；
6. 负责管理整个团队，合理分配团队工作任务，参与项目过程给予团队成员指导

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先；
2. 至少2年以上软件开发经验；
3. 至少2年以上项目管理经验；
4. 较强学习能力，对工作富有热情，工作态度认真负责，能与团队共同成长；
5. 良好的与人沟通能力，具有一定的中英文沟通能力；
6. 对于学习具有主动向，良好的理解力，主动进取、良好团队精神


Project Manager's mission is to provide high quality software development
service to improve our company productivity and efficiency


1. The position is to plan and co-ordinate the projects and to study the
technical solutions in advance of each phase

2. Software development, which may include project management, design,
coding, testing and documentation, in accordance with rules and procedures
defined by management team.

3. To ensure the good course of the projects, the position must liaise with
the software architect and business teams in order to respect the planning
and give them the competence transfer and training.

4. It must also give the company its expertise on collateral projects in the
IT. Training is also given upon request.

5. Reporting on the progression of the project(s) and the quality level of
the service directly with the CTO of the company.

6. Responsible for, managing the teams which are allocated to his team. He
has to distribute the different tasks amongst his team. In this context, he
must participate in the general management of the team to allow the internal
co-workers to achieve their personal objectives.

Job Specification:

1. Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.

2. At least 2+ years' software development experience.

3. At least additional 2 years of solution project management.

4. Strong desire to learn, develop and excel, humble, responsible ,great
potential to grow with the organization;

5. Must have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication and
presentation skills in English & Chinese

6. Must be able to show initiative in learning/understanding.

7. Must be self-motivator, team oriented and able to multi-task.
