As a premium search & placement firm specialized in retail, fashion and trace recruitment, now looking for candidates with high calibre to join us as a recruitment specialist.
You should have strong prior sales experience, preferably in a recruitment role although this is a must, we will provide the necessary training and guidance to help you establish yourself. We are looking for people who are self motivated and who can deliver results consistently. You will be hungry for success and wish to work for a growing business. In addition you will be interested in learning about the industry sector you focus on.
Job Description
- As a recruitment consultant, you will apply commercial acumen to your specific market as to achieve your role's financial objective.
- You will source, manage and close recruitment assignments with the support of existing candidate database.
- You will plan, prioritize and manage your recruitment activities independently.
Job Requirement
Diploma holder or above
Min 4 years or above relevant experience in handle Merchandising , Retail, Logistics, Sales & Marketing or Trading Business would be an advantage (But not a must)
A winning mindset, taking initiatives to value add in a dynamic team-based environment
Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment
Good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively to all levels of candidates
Less experience will be considered as Trainee Consultant
Good command in English and Mandarin
Familiar with using of MS Office
