职位描述
1、协助上级执行一般的不需较多工作经验的任务；
2、公司日常行政管理的运作（包括运送安排、邮件和固定的供给等等）；
3、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；
4、负责各类会务的安排工作；
5、协助项目经理上传项目；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历；
2、具有良好的市场敏锐度和独立客观的判断能力。
3、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
4、具有扎实的经济、金融、财务会计、管理及投资领域的相关基础理论知识；
5、无经验也可；
6、诚信正直、有责任感、工作细致、勤奋、踏实。
7.良好的职业道德和职业操守，擅于沟通与协调，良好的团队合作精神。
