Job Responsibilities:
? Implement the expansion plan for outlets in China.
? Implement a clear market plan exists for Shanghai as well as a strong pipeline of restaurants
? Manage accounting, legal, technical and admin affairs
?Thorough analysis of Everest profit and loss in detail in order to provide effective reporting, spot any risks early on and decide on required action.
?Implement a positive Everest culture exists in Shanghai, where the values and behaviours are clearly communicated and upheld.
?Implement Everest restaurants are managed with the full armour of Everest operational standards.
? Update the management team on restaurant performance and propose operations quality service improvements
? Responsible for the overseeing all existing restaurant to implement financial, operations and customer service success
? Ensure all the mandatory licenses are updated
? Supports the restaurant managers
? Coordinate all activities in connection with staffing, customer relations, product knowledge, marketing etc. in order to achieve maximum revenue, cost control, operational expenses and guest satisfaction
? Work with kitchen personnel on overall Food & Beverage quality to Implement compliance with the regulatory hygiene and food safety standards
? Create a positive, professional and efficient work environment

Requirements
? Minimum 7 years of experience for a multiple chain restaurant operations or international hospitality group with at least 3 years in a restaurant management function
? Have solid experience in setting up a new restaurant, knowledge of operations SOP, inventory management, hygiene standards
? Well-groomed and excellent with customer service skills and love for food
? Strong track record of people management skills, organized and a strong problem solver
? Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin and English
