Responsibilities:
? Act as supply chain IT primary contact person, to collect all business requirements and cascade global/regional IT initiatives, to make sure consumer manufacturing sites are in line with JNJ IT standard and compliance standard;
? Lead cross region internal IT team as IT project manager to implement serialization solution for one JNJ plant production lines. Work with cross-function project team members to make sure a solid solution built on a robust infrastructure that can meet business needs.
? Analyse Consumer SC related SAP demands and deliver proper solutions by working with related internal and external partners;
? To work closely with ITSS team to provide a stable IT environment for manufacturing sites. Lead and drive projects to enhance overall IT environment to support quick expansion in China;
? Coordinate JJCC IT policy and SOP standardization, continues improve internal alignment among China IT team;
? To support initiatives and/or projects assigned by SC IT manager by leading or being a project team member in those initiatives and /or projects. Keep all projects documents to meet SDLC requirements;
? To well manage the timeline and budget for assigned project

Requirements:
? At least 4 years University graduation, major in Computer Science or computer related will be a plus,
? At least CET4 certification
? 5+ ( over five ) years working experience in supporting SC functions
? Having 3+ years ERP implementation or related SC solution implementation experience
? Good understanding of manufacturing process, including but not limited to production execution, planning, warehouse, automation, quality control etc.
? Prefer having experience in working in an manufacturing type of fortune top 500 company
? Pharmaceutical company IT experience is preferred
? Good at communication and collaboration with all kind of other departments or functions
? Having leading big project with PM knowledge and skills
