Position: Sales Engineer – Latex for Abrasive & Non-woven

Responsibilities：

l Develop potential customers in abrasive, non-woven and some other interrelated industries in China for specialized grades of latex produced by REDA’s own factories in India, Thailand and Korea.

l Collect market information of in China, make the sales plan and achieve the sales target.

l Collect and monitor information on competitors' activities and explore new market potential

l Establish & maintain customers relationship, regular visit customers and know the customer`s request, provide pre-sales and after-sales service

l Regularly submit the sales report and communicate the sales situation with the supervisor

l Handle claims and complaints from customers with appropriate actions.

l Control payment credit and payment receivable

工作职责：

l 负责在国内的涂敷磨具和无纺布行业发展客户，销售REDA印度、泰国、韩国工厂生产的特殊规格的专用乳胶

l 了解国内市场信息，指定销售计划达成销售目标

l 收集和了解竞争对手的信息和动作，并开拓潜在的新市场

l 建立和维护客户关系，定期的拜访客户以及了解客户的需求，提供售前和售后服务

l 以积极地态度并且合理适当的方式处理客户的投诉和建议

l 控制客户信用风险和应收账款

Requirements and/or advantages：

l College degree or above, major in Chemistry or related fields

l 3+ years solid working experience in selling raw material in sales of latex, preferably in abrasive or non-woven industry

l Capable of working independently, aggressive in market development

l Team spirit, good communication skills

l No problem with business trip

l familiar with Windows Office software

l 具备团队合作精神，善于人际沟通

l 可以经常出差
