Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1,To coach/arrange training for electrical design engineers for any new technology updates.

2,To participate to plan/execute technology roadmap for electrical design of Li-ion battery mangement system.

3,To provide optimun/cost-effective hardware design to meet customer/market requirements,sales and profit targets whilst promote,exercise ,and enforce guidelines in quality ,safety and regulation requirements to keep battery management systems and its products at the cutting edge of technology.

4,To participate /monitor /support activities like design review,circuit board layout ,prototye/smaple building,jig & fixture designing,testing/qualifying ,debugging/troubleshooting,etc,from initial design stage till pre-production and mass production stage.

5,To create/maintain engineering documents according to IEEE and ISO standards and requirements.

6,To promote teamwork and self-learning culture,keep up and explore latest technologies.Interface with PM's ,sales and customers to address any product design and performance related issues.

Requirements and Qualification:

1,Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic engineering ,Masters in power electronics design preferred.

2,Over eight years experience in electronic product design.

3,Bilingual (Mandarin and English)

4,Innovative and teamwork.

5,Computer/CAD knowledge.

6,Experience with PCBA schematic capture and layout using protel or Altium.

7,Experience in design of DC to DC converters and switch mode power supplier.

8,Experienced with designing LI-ion rechargeable battery management system and testing is preferred.

9,Experience in leading/supervising and EE design team is preferred.
