Responsibilities:

Understand the various features offered by our software (TWS - Trader Workstation) and account configuration tools
Identify areas where we can make knowledge base videos (using existing knowledge base articles as well as new features introduced)
Create a written script for the video to be recorded
Record the video once the script has been approved 
The position refers only to written work, no voice talent/audio recording skills needed
Translate the script to other languages (In case the candidate has knowledge of other foreign languages)
Post recording editing and uploading to the database
Keep the video content updated in case of any changes in the software/process

Qualifications:

Education: University degree (Bachelors) required
Prior experience in copywriting, technical writing or training material creation
Basic technical skills for video editing
Language skills: Excellent written English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of the capital markets will be an added advantage
