Scope of Job
The Junior Corporate Services Intern provides services and advice regarding the establishment, registration, licensing, compliance, ongoing maintenance and closure of foreign invested companies and other entities as well as on matters related to the foregoing. The role includes direct communication with foreign clients in English.
You will be expected to exhibit the following

The responsibilities of the role will include
Follow the requirements and procedures for the establishment, compliance, ongoing maintenance and closure of foreign invested companies and other entities in China.
Assist clients to obtain work permits and visas for its expat employees.
Prepare the documents required for the above, in both Chinese and English, as necessary.
Perform research and keep abreast of new legal and regulatory developments.
Liaise with government authorities to confirm requirements and policies.
Handle application and filing procedures with various government authorities.
Assist the corporate service team to ensure the highest client satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth analysis of a company's structure, strategy and operations.
Provide regular feedback to company executives on client services and how to continually improve the company’s offerings to clients.
Update and improve standard application documents and advice reports to reflect changing requirements.
Translate and/or review the translation of application documents.
The requirements for the role are:
Undergraduate or postgraduate student;
Law or English language degree and background preferred;
Minimum 4 working days per week;
Native Chinese speaker with excellent spoken English and report writing in English.
Good computer skills and research methods.
Very flexible to a broad range of company work assignments and needs.
