Marketing Manager / 市场部经理

Competence:

1. Well understand marketing strategy / policy of the head office and take great effort to adopt and promote it as well as keep the company in step with head office.

2. Install, develop and maintain a professional brand's image for the company and formulate marketing and communication plans to help generating, maintaining and increasing the existing business. This includes , but not limited to organizing in/outside Customer Day, trade fairs, mailing action to customers/agencies and other events relating to promotion of products sales.

3. Be responsible for building up press relations and fostering contacts with press representatives (trade journalists)

4. Analyze the competition, research information on target groups/projects so as to develop marketing strategies for the company

5. Review and revise press releases and brochures drafted by subordinates.

6. check the web pages of the company and advice how to keep them up-to-date

7. Give professional advice to different functional departments for preparing presentations outwards .


Qualification required:

a) Preferably a degree or diploma in journalism, marketing or a comparable course of studies as well as additional knowledge in business administration

b) Fluent written and spoken English

c) Professional experience, at least 5 years, particularly an ability to lead a team is required.

d) Willingness to grow quickly into the wide range of activities, extensive communication with Head Office in Germany.

e) Conversant with MS-Office, Internet, InDesign (at least a basic grounding)

f) Strong coordination and organizational skills, technology-affine
