职责描述
-将会负责游戏及相关功能的各项需求，具体包括成一款手机游戏的：产品设计，原型设计，界面设计，数值平衡，文档撰写，项目管理。
-对分配的项目能够负责人并积极带领制作团队深刻了解项目要求，并且能够用最简单的方法让团队达成统一的目标；
-管理并控制项目质量和进度，定期的整理并汇报项目进展；
-在项目进展过程中，对项目的突发问题及反馈意见能够积极应对并灵活处理；
-学习并研究亚洲流行的手游市场，了解成功的要素并懂得如何借鉴到PopCap游戏中；
-指导和管理策划团队其他人员的工作
职位要求
-五年年以上专业游戏研发经验，最好是手游、页游研发；
-完整参与并负责过至少一个手机游戏的制作；
-过往项目中，能够有从原创到具体制作完成的实际经验；
-对游戏设计理论及质量有深刻认识与理解；
-能够和其他部门进行有效的沟通；
-有数值策划经验优先考虑；
-英语沟通良好优先考虑；
