职位描述
1.Key B/L data into system.
2.Be responsible for AMS/ACI filing, ISF filing for US/Canada trade lane.
3.Be responsible for the master bill confirmation, checking, insurance timely according to the destination customs policy.
4.Be responsible for HB/L confirmation, checking timely.
5.Issue and release the HB/L to customer against payment timely.
6.Follow up the SOP for VIP customers.
7.Prepare for the pre-alert/doc set and relevant shipping docs to overseas branch/agent timely.
8.Build up and maintain the good relationship with customers and agents.
9.Maintain the good service quality
Qualifications:
1. College education; majored in Logistics, International Transportation, International Business, Foreign Trade, or English is preferred
2. CET-4, good skills in MS Office Application
3. Team spirit, proactive, hard working
4. Good typing skill and detail oriented
