1. 通过电话或者邮件等形式寻找客户，向客户介绍集团产品并邀约客户；
2. 负责客户信息的有效性核对、关键信息收集和补充；
3. 给客户提供合理化建议，解答客户提出的问题；
4. 与客户保持良好关系，为集团树立良好形象；
5. 及时了解客户需求动态，提供相关产品的售前咨询。
职位要求:
1. 具有教育培训、保险、房地产、贵金属等行业电销经验优先；
2. 普通话标准，亲和力佳，有良好的沟通表达能力及表达技巧；
3. 喜欢销售工作，能够承受压力；
4. 具有良好的团队协作精神，相互协作，共同成长，愿意接受挑战；
5. 具有良好的工作热情，较强的沟通能力和应变能力。
