• Carry out the ocean booking and operation flow
• Experience in USA market is preferred
• Prepare operation check-list per shipment which is based on customer’s SOP
• Ensure good communication flow within the team and provide quality service to both internal and external customer

• Check and audit booking details
• Arrange booking with co-loader and carrier
• Release booking with intended schedule to shipper in timely fashion
• Respond to the external/internal customers in timely manner once receiving enquiries through email, telephone, fax
