工作内容 Job Content

- 负责在亚洲区开发满足伍尔特集团要求的产品和供应商，具体工作内容包括但不限于：询价，价格比较，样品测试/改进，制定产品标准，工厂审核，价格谈判等。

Lead projects of developing qualified products and suppliers in Asia, including but not limited to inquiry, price comparison, sample testing/improvement, specification making, factory auditing, price negotiation and etc…

- 引进新产品，具体工作内容包括但不限于：市场调查，产品培训，给予销售人员技术支持等。
Launch new products, including but not limited to market/competitors’ research, products training/consulting to sales force and etc…

- 产品线维护，具体工作内容包括但不限于：产品释放/撤销，SAP系统内的产品信息创建。
Maintenance of category, including but not limited to products release/withdraw, create SAP article, other daily office work and etc…

- 其他相关工作。

人员素质要求　Job Requirement

1. 学历 Education

大学本科以上学历，工科等相关专业.

Bachelor or above Degree major in Engineering and etc…

2. 必备技能 Necessary Skills

· 具备以下产品的专业知识：粘胶剂产品，汽车清洁类产品，汽车保养类产品，润滑类产品。

Proficient Knowledge in the following products: Adhesive and Sealants, Cleaning products for auto, Car care products, Lubricants and etc…

· 熟悉欧洲和美国的产品标准。

Familiar with the European and American standard.

· 具备良好的与供应商沟通和谈判的技巧。

Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.

· 熟悉产品及供应商开发的流程并有激情。

Have a good understanding and passion of products and supplier development.

3. 工作经验 Working Experience

· 至少3年以上相关行业背景。

At least 3 years work experience in related industry.

· 有欧美外企工作经验者优先。

Work experience in American or European Multinational Cooperation will be preferred.

4. 必备的个人性格 Personality

· 愿意独立开展工作并承受工作压力。

Willing to work independently and work under pressure.

· 有良好的团队协作精神。

Be a good team player.

· 有优秀的沟通能力，诚实客观，逻辑思维性强，注重结果。

Excellent communication ability, honest, logical and results-oriented.

5. 语言 Language

· 母语为中文。

Native Chinese Speaker.

· 流利的英语听说读写水平。

Must speak, read and write fluent English.

6. 电脑知识 Computer Skills

· 熟练操作Office办公软件。

Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc...

· 熟练使用Outlook和网页浏览器。

Proficient in Outlook and Internet

· 有使用SAP经验者优先。

Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.

7. 其他 Others

· 能适应国内外频繁的出差。

Frequently domestic and aboard travel is required.
