Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive will have responsibility to deliver high level customer service and maximize sales potential for our Kantar clients. They will develop strong relationships with outside vendors, sub-contractors and external resources. They will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives, from new and existing Kantar accounts. They will meet with clients, develop proposals, manage contracts, and review deliverables prior to forwarding to the client.

Roles/Responsibilities:

The Senior Account Executive is responsible to deliver high level customer service and maximize sales potential for our Kantar clients as follows:

§ Take a team leadership role in our business, help to motivate, develop and mentor the team

§ Support new business opportunities , collaborate with clients and deliver company capabilities to prospective Kantar clients

§ Deepen existing client relationships—generating incremental business in existing accounts

§ Consult with clients on business issues and research design

§ Prioritise briefs received from the clients and effectively conducting the feasibility / pricing proposal within the agreed timescale.

§ Provide information and/or education to clients around the online research methodology and Lightspeed Research best practices and Research on Research

§ Provide knowledge of Lightspeed Research panel and feasibility / pricing approach to clients and their project managers.

§ Provide suggestions and solutions to constantly improve quality and turn around of bids or administration processes

§ Work with Project Managers to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients

§ Assist to achieve assigned sales targets

§ Maintain the proposal database, compiling sales activity reports and coordinating bids from third party suppliers

§ Additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

§ 2+ year’s Data collection experience, full service market research or on-line market research industry experience

§ Commercial, Business, Marketing or IT degrees ideal

§ Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages client expectations.

§ Must work productively, have the ability to meet deadlines, and possess strong time management skills.

§ Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working in a fast-paced environment

§ Excellent communication (both oral and written), attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.

§ Highly Numerate and analytical

§ Adept with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet
