Key Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above
2 Major in English or Education
3.TEM-8 level or IELTS 7.0 above
4. Excellent in both written and spoken English
5.1 year or above teaching experience
6.A national teaching certificate or TEFL is preferred
7.Overseas background is strongly preferred
8.Able to work on weekends (days off during weekdays)

职责描述
1.按照ESL语言教学的最高标准履行班级授课任务
2.根据内部标准指引和要求，熟悉和掌握相关的课程产品和服务项目
3.管理、批改、记录学生的学习进度报告、考试和学习评估
4.按照内部标准工作流程，做好班级管理工作，确保客户满意度，并完成续读任务及推荐
5.与其他业务部门进行有效沟通，保证客户满意度并推动中心业绩增长

职位要求
1.热爱教育行业
2.大学本科及以上学历，英语专业八级或同等水平
3.口语发音纯正，表达流利，达到或接近native speaker水平
4.喜欢孩子，具有至少一年以上少儿英语授课经验
5.热情开朗，富有朝气，乐观积极，有耐心，有较强的团队合作精神
6.强烈的为客户服务意识，能承受工作压力，工作积极主动，责任心强
7.有TEFL /TESOL 执教资格证者优先考虑
8.能适应周末上班
