1. 能独立主导承担整个产品各方面的沟通，保证产品满足客户的所有要求，并作为对客的窗口。
Independently lead all technical activities for a product (group), to ensure the product meet all the requirements of customers and be the subject-matter-expert (SME) and primary contact window on technical matters.
2. 负责产品的所有技术支持，包含产品设计、产品改进、部件生产，以及产品装配和包装实现及测试的全过程，并对最终产品的质量负责。
Responsible for all technical product support, including product design, product improvement, parts manufacturing, and product assembly and packaging process to testing achieve full. Be responsible for the quality of final products.
3. 接受产品初始培训，编制和更新产品装配指导书，负责产品技术细节从客户端完全转移到公司内部，并不断改进、完善、创新流程和技术。
Organize initial product training, the preparation and updating of product assembly instructions, technical details of product from the client completely transferred to the company, and continue to improve and initiate, innovative processes and technologies.
4. 在新产品导入期，负责产品测试并积极参与改进及结果的汇报。
During new products phase, responsible for product testing and actively participate in the improvement and result report.
5. 对客户提出的要求以及抱怨进行技术分析和8-D报告，就产品相关的技术问题和客户指定人员的联系。负责培训装配团队，在生产团队内执行改进。
On customer request make technical analysis and 8-D report, and discuss technical issues with customer personnel. Responsible for training of assembly team, implement improvements within the production team.
6. 负责所有测试设备的安装、校验、维护和维修，确保设备处于使用状态。
Responsible for all test equipment installation, calibration, maintenance and repair, ensure the use of the equipment.
7. 作为项目团队的重要成员，在项目阶段负责料件和产品规范的最终解释。
As a key member of the project team, be responsible for the material and product specification of final approval in project phase.
8. 系统BOM的建立维护。

9. 计算新产品的装配时间。
Make assembly calculations for new products
10. 生产经理交办的其它任务。

？ 基本要求/ Requirement

1. 机械工程、电气工程或机电一体化相关专业（有机械工程自动化的经验）。
Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics (experience in mechanical engineering automation)
2. 具有8年工作经验并且3年以上外企高精度装配或设计工作经验。
Minimum 8 years working experience including at least 3 years working experience in foreign enterprise and high precision assembly, or design.
3. 有运动、机械、电子、控制系统、气动、液压方面的专业知识。
Professional knowledge of motion, machine-building, electronics, control systems, pneumatic and hydraulic aspects.
4. 熟悉相关的开发工具和方法，了解相关生产技术、测量测试流程和工具、成本计算和分析(FEMA&APQP)。
Familiar with related development tools and methods, understand the related production technology, measurement testing processes and tools, cost calculation and analysis. (e.g. FEMA&APQP).
5. 很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
Good problem analysis and problem solving skills.
6. 以客户为导向的理念，灵活开放的思维。
Customer oriented, flexible, open minded.
7. 有独立负责完成项目的开发。
Independently handle the engineering project.
8. 有带领装配团队的能力。
