岗位描述：
1、开拓新客户，进行软件服务的销售，完成指定的销售目标；
2、维护及管理良好的客户关系，实现持续的销售收入；
3、执行公司的销售策略和计划，完成公司下达的销售业绩目标；
4、管理和指导渠道或代理商开展日常销售工作，参与重要项目的销售全过程，维护重要的客户关系；
5、协助公司市场部在指定区域或者行业内实施市场推广计划；

岗位要求：
1、5年以上企业应用软件、互联网应用方案、ERP、电子商务相关系统或者解决方案销售经验；
2、2年以上团队管理经验、优秀的客户关系维护能力；
3、优秀的销售技巧、市场开拓能力、现场演说与商务谈判能力；
4、优秀的方案制作、语言表达及人际沟通能力；
5、出色的独立工作能力，对工作有激情，能承受压力；
6、有用渠道及代理商管理经验；
7、对于企业人力资源应用软件市场有深入了解者优先；
8、有国内外SAAS软件或者软件企业工作背景的优先；
9、计算机及相关专业教育背景优先；
10、英语运用熟练，书面和口头表达能力均达到较高水平；
